Purpose: | The Teacher Aide is employed to work collaboratively with the students, whānau, SENCO, teachers and other professionals to support the learning of two students. |
Reports to: | SENCO and Principal |
Functional relationships with: | Students, Whānau, SENCO, Teaching staff across the school, outside professionals as appropriate. |
Employment status: | Part time 9:20 am to 12:20 pm. Fixed term commencing as soon as possible, and ending on 17/12/2024. |
Remuneration: | Support Staff in Schools’ Collective Agreement; 2019 – 2022 |
Office Manager
OFFICE MANAGER POSITION:
After 30+ years with us, our wonderful Maureen is retiring at the end of 2024. We want to employ a new office manager to work alongside her for term 4 and learn the ropes before flying solo in 2025.
If you are friendly, welcoming, an awesome administrator with top notch digital skills, love children and want to work in a supportive team with wonderful staff, this might be the job for you!

Purpose: | To provide high quality front line support to meet the needs of the staff, children and parents/whanau. You will be required to build and maintain strong effective inter-relationships with our entire community and all external school visitors. Work is undertaken in a professional, empathetic, friendly, approachable and kind manner at all times. You must be able to work under pressure, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. |

Employment status: | Permanent Part time
Mon-Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm, Term time only with the occasional break time call back day when required. |
