100th Centenary Celebrations
1923 – 2023
During Labour Weekend this year Reporoa Primary will celebrate its 100th birthday. An organising committee is in place to ensure that this milestone is appropriately recognised and celebrated. This will be a significant event for our community and more hands on deck will be required in the lead up and at the event.
Draft programme:
• Friday – Welcome and Powhiri involving the children of the school followed by a tour and informal get together.
• Saturday – Birthday Party/Gala activities at the school, informative mini bus tour around the valley.
• Saturday night – Jubilee dinner. Prior Registration will be required.
The 100 Year Centenary and Reporoa Community Notices Facebook pages will carry regular info and updates.
