Gardening Club:
Every Friday afternoon Mrs Engel takes a group of keen green fingered children over to the outdoor classroom to maintain our space and plant new plants. The children are loving getting involved and really see this space as their learning space. It has been used by the classes for a variety of learning ventures. It has been rather popular in the community also. Rather than ban the public, we have come up with a set of guidelines which will be printed on a sign shortly.
Reporoa Primary School’s Outdoor Classroom Welcomes You.
Please respect our space by following these rules:
- No alcohol, smoking or glass
- Fire-pit use only after application to school – Ph: 333 8350 during school hours
- Stay on the paths
- Vegetables and fruit are managed by the school
- Careful weeding is welcomed – trowels and buckets are near the fernery.
Thankyou. Enjoy your time here.
